Returns & Exchanges
Please email email@example.com for all refunds or exchanges. A return authorisation form will be emailed to you, for you to print and include in your return parcel. Returns or exchanges can be posted to the Amsterdam head office (address below). Any return or exchange parcels that get delivered to head office without a return authorisation form WILL NOT be processed.
Refunds or exchanges will be provided with proof of purchase on any faulty product. Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment and will be credited within 14 calendar days. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the returning item is received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect product was delivered.
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept items that are not in their original condition and packaging, or are missing parts.
We recommend that any return or exchange parcels are sent to us via a traceable postal service.
